When is Check-In/Check-out?

Check in is 4pm, Check-out is 10am.

How do we get the key?

Text your ETA on the date you arrive and we will meet you there.

What if our plans change?

You may change your booking up to 1 week prior provided there is availability. You may cancel your booking at least 6 weeks in advance and your deposit will be returned to you. Cancellations less than 6 weeks in advance will forfeit the deposit.

Later arrivals and earlier departures than planned will not be reimbursed.

What happens if the BBQ runs out of propane?

Please take the tank to the nearest fill station and fill it up.

Keep the receipt and we will reimburse you.

What about our garbage?

Secure all garbage into a large garbage bag and deposit in the bin at the end of the laneway. Recycling can be left in the bin next to the cottage.

What do I need to bring?

• No smoking
• No pets
• No visitors
• Observe any Fire Restrictions
• ALWAYS turn off the gas at the tank when finished with the BBQ
• Please respect your neighbours
• No parking on the boulevard or yards
• Conserve water
• Do not flush anything but toilet tissue
• Report any damage.
